Esther H Green
Board Chair
With more than 25 years of experience in customer care across both corporate settings and small business ownership, Esther Green has dedicated her life to serving people with compassion, professionalism, and integrity. Her leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of community needs and a genuine commitment to helping others feel seen, valued, and supported.

Inspired by the generous example of her mother, she continues that legacy through meaningful outreach, advocacy, and service. A loving mother of three service-minded children, she believes compassion begins at home and extends into the community. As President of Katie Cares, Inc., she remains committed to creating impact through kindness, dignity, and community-centered care.
Adrienne H Jackson
Treasurer
Adrienne Jackson was born and raised in Prairieville, Louisiana. Over many years of service, she has developed strong ministerial skills through teaching, mentoring, leading worship, and supporting outreach. In previous roles, she has served as an usher, teacher, choir member, praise dancer, and leader in hospitality and outreach, often walking closely with individuals and families during difficult seasons.

Dawn Felder
Secretary
Dawn Felder has spent her life helping people. She brings more than 25 years of management experience across fast food, medical settings, and youth programs, including 10 years as a pharmacy manager. She is also a state-certified medication passer and has worked in several group homes.

Whether it’s offering a warm meal, personal care items, or a listening ear, Dawn’s passion is helping others feel seen, supported, and ready to face the day.
